Event Planner - Apartment Life

My husband and I worked together on a project to plan events for residents living in our community. Our job duties included planning and executing monthly events for community residents; promoting events; creating marketing materials; budgeting and managing expenses; working with area vendors, submitting monthly reports, as well as communicating with staff and property management. The ultimate goal was to raise property value and attract new residents by providing fun events that residents enjoy, promoting a community atmosphere so residents can feel at home and have a safe space to establish strong relationships with each other.
