What are your prices?

Most services are available at a rate of $25 per hour, offering you high-quality support across various areas to help you achieve your goals efficiently and effectively. Web Design services start at $50/hr. I provide assistance during normal business hours. However, if you'd like additional support on weekends, holidays, or after hours the standard rate increases to $35/hr.

How do you handle invoicing and payments?

Invoices are issued on a monthly basis, and payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or CashApp.

What are your working hours and how quickly do you respond to requests?

I am available during regular business hours and can provide occasional support on weekends as needed at an extra fee. I typically respond to requests within one business day, with immediate attention given to urgent matters.

What is your experience level?

I have a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Louisiana, Lafayette. I started working as a marketing consultant in corporate spaces in 2004 and launched a freelancing business in 2014. My onboarding process is straightforward and efficient. Clients typically email me their requests along with all necessary information. I then respond with an estimated timeline for completion and any questions I might have. This approach allows me to quickly understand and begin working on new tasks.
